Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server options available to businesses

Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer relationship management) has been created by Microsoft using the Microsoft .NET–linked technologies which makes it easier for the business organizations to deploy, adapt and use.
There are three Microsoft Dynamics CRM Server options- Service Provider Hosted, on premise, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM Live. The business entrepreneur needs to choose the one from these options according to their business needs and infrastructure they own.
In Service Provider option, the company employs an external organization that will install and host the CRM Server hardware and software for it. These service providers are expert and also offer to do a free BizTalk health check if you are also using the MS BizTalk Server. With this, the different parties having their interest in the company can connect to the service provider’s servers with the help of the web services to access the software.
A business organization needs to acquire the license of On Premise software, install in and maintain it in an effective manner.  This software is installed on the server that is hardware, which the organization owns. This software works “locally,” meaning it is normally installed at a central branch office of the organization or onsite. End user patrons can get connected to the server through a local network or if they have required configuration, via a Virtual Private Network (VPN), or the Internet.
MS Dynamics CRM Live server is not owned by the business enterprise; however, it is taken on rent by the enterprise on a continuing basis. The organization’s clients can access to this software from the internet.  This option shares one similarity with the service provider option, but the service provider in this case is the company that has carried out the dynamics CRM development, which is Microsoft.
